It is with gratitude that I hold space for you.
You've made it to the start! I believe that it takes courage to seek therapy and you are not alone on your journey toward a more fulfilling life. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore patterns of thinking and living that have hindered your growth and prevented you from engaging wholeheartedly in your life.
The therapeutic relationship is an important tool used to build a solid and trusting relationship with yourself, the world around you, and the people within it. I work with humans who may be struggling to cope with life's unpredictable and impermanent nature, with life transitions, anxiety, grief, trauma, and other forms of emotional pain.
I utilize mind and body centered approaches to treatment, because while the mind can feel overwhelmingly loud sometimes, the body is more subtle in its expression, yet equally profound. Let's reconnect the historic and invaluable relationship between your body, your breath, and your mind. In this trinity lies wellness and full potential.
In addition to being a therapist, I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher and Yoga Education Provider, and a Certified Health Coach receiving my training at Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
I also work as a Yoga and Mental Resilience Specialist with O2X Human Performance, working with first responders, active military, and veterans. I have experience working in the school system as a school counselor, gaining familiarity with Learning Disabilities and appropriate education plans for unique learners.
Now is the time to allow yourself to drop into your body intelligence and to give all aspects of who you are a voice and a chance to feel free, unstuck, and whole.
